Extreme low t° will cause balloons to deflate yet they will float again when warm.
Temperature affects latex balloons
Exposure to heat and sunshine causes latex balloons to oxidise.
Clear balloons may become cloudy.
Coloured balloons may take on a matte velvet appearance.
